30 minutes of Low Intensity Interval Training! Low Intensity exercise is where only one foot will leave the ground at a given time. work hard for 20 seconds followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods

A great all-in-one low impact fitness class that combines light strength work with flexibility and range of movement exercises. A great anti-aging class; gentle and effective.
Power Groove
A great combination of Strength and Cardio Dance fused into a heart pumping workout. Get ready to groove to some of your favorite tunes with this one of a kind cardio and toning dance mix.
