Group Fitness Classes


A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Boot Camp Boot Camp training is a military-inspired workout implementing power, strength and agility. This is a great class to mix up your routine.

Cardio Interval  A Great way to mix up your workout routine! A surprise cardio workout each week broken down into challenging intervals.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt includes a combination of muscle conditioning exercises and cardiovascular exercises for a fun, calorie-blasting workout. Great class for an overall workout.

Core & Stretch

A great combination of core work with the focus being on conditioning and strengthening both the abdominal and back muscles followed by some simple stretches to wind down your week.

Core Torch

This core torching class will  work all of the muscles of the abs, back, and glutes with core sculpting moves.

Extreme HIIT Chaos

Science based HIIT timing that will be mixed and matched offering endless variety for both intensity and exercise selection. 

Facebook LIVE

 Join us for our virtual classes for members only on our private Facebook group.  Lincoln Park District Members Only.  We also have virtual membership available as well. 


30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training! Warm up then go into an intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Morning Mix

Join us Saturday mornings.  We will have a different instructor every week bringing you a different heart pumping workout.

Pure Strength

 Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscles.  POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing weighted bars and more!  Work different muscle groups each week.

Relax & Restore– Unwind and  Restore the body with stretching to relax and release stress at the end of the day


R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet


 This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  16 Bikes available.

Torch Tabata This HIIT format design has been proven to torch some serious calories with the 20 seconds of High Intensity Interval Training followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Come get a great all around calorie burning workout.

Total Body Barrelates

 This class combines the dynamic movements of barre plus the lengthening, strengthening exercises of mat Pilates.  This fusion of movements is great to work the entire body.

Triple Threat

The perfect fusion of three favorites! Cardio, Strength and core.  Learn new and effective exercises each week.

Water Aerobics

A low impact but high intensity workout where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water.  Great for all fitness levels.  Lifeguard on duty. A fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout.
