Fit Zone Group Fitness

Group Fitness Classes

Active Agers

This fitness class is designed for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.


A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Body Blast

This class combines strength, and cardio exercises into fun moves for a full-body workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle.

Circl Mobility

Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercise.

Circl Mobility™ for Agers

CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercise.  This class is designed for the Active Ager in mind and chairs will be used for part of the class.  Call to see about availability for this class.

Core Essentials

The core consists of everything within your center of gravity, all areas of your abdominals, your back, your glutes, and beyond. Your focus in this class will be to build a strong core with safe and effective moves.

Facebook Members Only Group

Join us for our video releases for members only on our private Facebook group. Lincoln Park District Members Only.  We also have virtual memberships available as well.

HIIT Cardio & Core

High Intensity Interval Training! Warm up then go into an intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods with a powerful core finish.


Fun easy to follow exercises to strengthen core muscles, increase coordination and agility with the use of heavy bags and basic kickboxing techniques. Full boxing gloves are recommended to be optimal with some added weight. (at least 12 oz to start)


Resistance training at its finest.  Come to Build strength, add definition, and increase bone density.  POWER through a variety of dynamic exercises during each class!  

Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt is a combination of traditional Pilates with additional weights and bands to add more toning and sculpting. This class is for developing lean muscles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment. 

Power Groove

A great combination of Strength and Cardio Dance fused into a heart pumping workout. Get ready to groove to some of your favorite tunes with this one of a kind cardio and toning dance mix.

Power UP

 Power UP your current workout with this effective & fun combo of strength, cardio, & core! Dumbbells, kettlebells, elastic tubing, POUND sticks, kickboxing bags, step and more will be utilized. Come for variety and a different workout each week!


R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet

Simply Lean

Lean out, tone, and strengthen each muscle group from head to toe with slower, fluent movements using lighter weights exercises with more repetitions.


 This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  16 Bikes available.

Strength & Stretch

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscles. Class will end with a flow of stretches to start your weekend well balanced.

Warrior Rhythm

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm™ increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga +  weights +  HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat, and weights and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!

Yoga Stretch

Effective yoga poses and stretches that will help you gain core strength, balance, and upper body strength all while feeling stretched and relaxed for the end of your day.


A fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout.

Zumba Gold

A modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
