Group Fitness Classes

Active Agers

This fitness class is designed  for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.

Aqua Zumba

Blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance.  Experience less impact on your joints as you work with the natural resistance of water.

Bands & Balls

This class will incorporate the use of different fitness balls and resistance bands to focus on the core, stability and strength.  This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen and tone your entire body.


A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Bosu Burn

Integrated muscle training is used to fire up every muscle in the body using the Bosu ball.  Easy on the joints but so effective on the muscles. Cardio, core, and strength will be implemented for optimal results.

Cardio Interval  

A Great way to mix up your workout routine! A surprise cardio workout each week broken down into challenging intervals.

Core Essentials 

The core consists of everything within your center of gravity, all areas of your abdominals, your back, your glutes, and beyond. Your focus in this class will be to build a strong core with safe and effective moves

Facebook LIVE

 Join us for our virtual classes for members only on our private Facebook group.  Lincoln Park District Members Only.  We also have virtual membership available as well. 

Havin’ A Ball

This class will incorporate the use of the stability and BOSU balls to focus on the core, stability and strength.  This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen and tone your entire body.


30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training! Warm up then go into an intense burst of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Finish it off with 15 minutes of core work.


Fun easy to follow exercises to strengthen core muscles, increase coordination and agility with the use of heavy bags and basic kickboxing techniques. Full boxing gloves are recommended to add optimal with some added weight. (at least 12 oz to start)


Resistance training at its finest.  Come to Build strength, add definition, and increase bone density.  POWER through a variety of dynamic exercises during each class!  

Lift STRONG+ This class encompasses everything that you would get from a Lift STRONG class, but with more (+) The goal of this Lift STRONG+ is to challenge yourself with heavy weights as you power through this 45 minute class designed to push you to the next level of strength!  Jump outside of our comfort zone and add a + class to your workout routine.

Pilates Pump  

A great anti-aging class to help increase flexibility and range of movement with a combination of essential core Pilates moves with some strength training

Power Groove

A great combination of Strength and Cardio Dance fused into a heart pumping workout. Get ready to groove to some of your favorite tunes with this one-of-a-kind cardio and toning dance mix.


R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet


 This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  16 Bikes available.

Triple Threat

The perfect fusion of three favorites! Cardio, Strength and core.  Learn new and effective exercises each week.

Yoga Stretch

Effective yoga poses and stretches that will help you gain core strength, balance, and upper body strength all while feeling stretched and relaxed for the end of your day.
