Group Fitness Classes

Active Agers This fitness class is designed  for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.


A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Buns & Guns   This class will focus on glute and arm sculpting moves.

Cardio Dance Get your heart pumping to some of your favorite tunes with this one of a kind cardio and toning dance mix.

Cardio Interval  A Great way to mix up your workout routine! A surprise cardio workout each week broken down into challenging intervals.

Core Essentials The core consists of everything within your center of gravity, all areas of your abdominals, your back, your glutes, and beyond. Your focus in this class will be to build a strong core with safe and effective moves

Extreme HIIT Chaos

Science based HIIT timing that will be mixed and matched offering endless variety for both intensity and exercise selection. 

Facebook LIVE

 Join us for our virtual classes for members only on our private Facebook group.  Lincoln Park District Members Only.  We also have virtual membership available as well. 

Floor, Core, & More  Join in for a great all around workout with some cardio, strengthening and core work.  Each week will be a different workout.  

Kickboxing Learn easy to follow kickboxing techniques set to fun, energizing music.  This is a great cardio workout.

LIIT 30 minutes of Low Intensity Interval Training! Low Intensity exercise is where only one foot will leave the ground at a given time. work hard for 20 seconds followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods

Pure Strength

 Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscles.  POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing weighted bars and more!  Work different muscle groups each week.

Relax & Restore– Unwind and  Restore the body with stretching to relax and release stress at the end of the day


R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet


 This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  16 Bikes available.

The perfect fusion of three favorites! Cardio, Strength and core.  Learn new and effective exercises each week.
