Fit Zone Group Fitness

Group Fitness Classes

Active Agers

This fitness class is designed for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.


A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Body Blast

This class combines strength, and cardio exercises into fun moves for a full-body workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle.

Facebook Members Only Group

Join us for our video releases for members only on our private Facebook group. Lincoln Park District Members Only.  We also have virtual memberships available as well.

HIIT Strength

Intense rounds of strength training performed in a HIIT style format.  Intense rounds of timed work followed by a less intense period before increasing the resistance/intensity again.  Some burst of cardio may be incorporated as well.

Hot Tabata

This interval-based class will be broken up into 20 seconds of push it to the limits work followed by 10 seconds of active rest.  This class is sure to get your heart pumping and warm you up in no time at all!

Kick & Core

Learn easy to follow kickboxing techniques set to fun, energizing music.  Then focus on your Powerhouse for the remainder of the class.  Your CORE! A great all-around workout for all fitness levels. 


Resistance training at its finest.  Come to Build strength, add definition, and increase bone density.  POWER through a variety of dynamic exercises during each class!  

Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt is a combination of traditional Pilates with additional weights and bands to add more toning and sculpting. This class is for developing lean muscles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment. 


R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet


 This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  16 Bikes available.

Warrior Rhythm

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm™ increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga +  weights +  HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat, and weights and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!

Water Aerobics

A low impact but high intensity workout where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water.  Great for all fitness levels.  Lifeguard on duty. Yoga Stretch

Effective yoga poses and stretches that will help you gain core strength, balance, and upper body strength all while feeling stretched and relaxed for the end of your day.


A fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout.

Zumba Gold

A modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
