Pure Strength

 Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscles.  POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing weighted bars and more!  Work different muscle groups each week. (Strength & Stretch will have additional stretching)
