Cardio Sculpt A perfect blend of light weights and cardio to assist you in sculping and toning your entire body!

Raise the Barre  Go above and beyond the bar during this class!  Shape leaner, longer muscles utilizing a ballet bar, bands, light weights and MORE!

Yoga This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will re learn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved.

Rock Bottom Learn various effective exercises for hamstrings, glutes, and legs during this effective 30-minute class. New workout each week!

Core & Stretch-The perfect class to finish off the week!  Perform exercises to target and strengthen your core.  Then relax, unwind and stretch to soft, calming music.
