This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels. Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity. Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class. 16 Bikes available.
Date: Tuesdays from July 7th - August 11th (6-weeks) Time: 30 minute time slots from 9:30am-1:00pm Open to all ages! Register by Tuesday, June 30th. Call (217) 732-8770 to reserve a time slot.
