Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscles. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing weighted bars and more! Work different muscle groups each week.
This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels. Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity. Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class. 16 Bikes available.
A great combination of core work with the focus being on conditioning and strengthening both the abdominal and back muscles followed by some simple stretches to wind down your week.
*Water Aerobics will be held at the Lincoln College. This is a Pre-Registered event. Sign up at the Administrative Office. Max 20 Participants
