Enjoy a yoga class that will help you relax and get comfortable and connected. Some partner poses will be incorporated and will be easily accessible for all bodies and ages. We will focus on breath and connection not only with yourself, but with your partner as well. Charkras will also be discussed and how you can use them in your relationship.
By the end of this class you will feel rejuvenated and reconnected with yourself and your partner.
*Wear comfortable clothes
*Bring a mat, towel and water (some mats available)
