The Lincoln Park District provides a range of cardio and strength equipment. For those who prefer not to work out alone, they offer nearly 30 group fitness classes weekly, suitable for all fitness levels. These classes, led by certified and motivating instructors, are designed to be safe, effective, and enjoyable.
