This class in compasses everything that you would get from a Lift STRONG class, but with more (+) The goal of this Lift STRONG+ is to challenge yourself with heavy weights as you power through this 45 minute class designed to push you to the next level of strength! Jump outside of our comfort zone and add a + class to your workout routine.
